A prediction market position is binary: it resolves to a fixed payout or to nothing. If the market resolves against you, the entire amount you committed to that position is lost. Short-duration markets settle in minutes, so losses accumulate faster than they do in most other instruments, and past outcomes tell you nothing about future ones.

Only commit an amount you are prepared to lose in full. If you are not sure whether these instruments are appropriate for you, seek independent advice before trading.

Practice mode and the demo on the home page use simulated balances. Points and practice balances have no cash value, are not redeemable, are not a claim on PredictBay Pte. Ltd. or on any asset, and can be adjusted or reset. The demo in the home-page hero runs entirely in your browser and is not an account balance at all.

Markets on Predict Bay resolve against on-chain price feeds at expiry — the outcome is read from the oracle, not decided by us. That also means the accuracy and availability of settlement depend on a third-party feed and on the underlying network. Feed outages, network congestion and chain reorganisations are outside our control and can delay or affect settlement.

On-chain positions depend on smart contracts, wallets and networks that can contain defects or be attacked. Transactions submitted to a blockchain are generally irreversible. Self-custodied assets are your responsibility: we cannot recover funds sent to the wrong address, and we cannot reverse a confirmed transaction.

There is no $PBAY contract address, no sale, no allowlist, no airdrop claim and no listing. Any address, sale or claim page presented as $PBAY today did not originate from Predict Bay. Anything described on the token page is intent, not a deployed on-chain state.

Access to Predict Bay may be restricted in some jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful where you are, and to comply with any local rules that apply to you. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service.
